1. Booking
A booking is accepted and becomes definite from the date ISOUTHAMERICA has received the customer’s full payment. By submitting deposit and personal information, customers agree to the Terms and Conditions. The person booking the service, warrants that he/she has full authority on behalf of all the persons whose names appear thereon, and confirms that all such persons are fully aware of and accept these conditions.
2. Payment
To secure a booking the customer must deposit 100% of the total amount due. In case of non-payment ISOUTHAMERICA will treat the booking as cancelled by the Customer. Payment must be made with credit card or money transfer to ISOUTHAMERICA account.
3. Changes & Cancellation by the Customer
Any changes to the original booking must be confirmed by the person who made the booking (via email or form). Any costs or charges, which we incur or which are incurred or levied by our suppliers as a result of the amendment, will be charged to the Customer. Although every reasonable effort will be made to accommodate changes and additional requests, their availability cannot be guaranteed.
The Customer may cancel the booking at any time provided that the cancellation is communicated to ISOUTHAMERICA in writing. Cancellation charges will be applied as shown below calculated from the day written notification is received by ISOUTHAMERICA. In addition to the charges shown below airlines may impose 100% cancellation charges.
Refund policy on total or partial cancellations:
Cancellations requested 30 days or more before service programmed date: 90% refund
Cancellations requested 29-15 days before service programmed date: 50% refund
Cancellations requested 14-9 days before service programmed date: 25% refund
Cancellations requested 8 days or less before service programmed date: 0% refund
No show will be considered by cancellation by the customer with 0% refund
4. Changes and Cancellation by ISOUTHAMERICA
Although ISOUTHAMERICA will make its best efforts to operate all services as advertised, by accepting this Terms and Conditions the Customer accepts that it may prove necessary or advisable to vary or modify a tour itinerary or its contents due to prevailing local conditions. ISOUTHAMERICA reserves the right at any time to cancel or change any of the facilities, services or prices and to substitute alternative arrangements of comparable monetary value without compensation and accepts no liability for loss of enjoyment as a result of these changes. If a major change is known to us, the Customer will be told at the time of the booking. If a major change becomes necessary after booking ISOUTHAMERICA will inform the Customers as soon as reasonably possible. When a major change is made the Customer will have the choice of accepting the change of arrangements, purchasing any other available service or canceling the service and obtaining a refund. Provided that the major change is not because of force majeure. Force majeure is war, threat of war, riots, civil strife, industrial dispute, terrorist activities, natural or nuclear disaster, fire or adverse weather conditions, technical or maintenance problems with transport, changes imposed by cancellation or rescheduling of flights by an airline, the alteration of airline or aircraft type, or other similar events beyond the control of ISOUTHAMERICA is not liable for any charges in the event of a change -beyond their control- to the departure time or date of a tour, flight or other form of transport.
Cancellations made by ISOUTHAMERICA within the 60 days after the payment date will be refunded into customer’s credit card or PayPal account. If cancellations are made after this 60 days the transaction will be closed by credit card operators and/or PayPal gateway. In this case refunds will process by an alternative method.
5. Passport, Visa and Vaccinations
It is the responsibility of the Customer to be in possession of a valid passport, visa permits, inoculations and preventive medicines as may be required for the duration of the tour. Information about these matters or related items is given in good faith but without responsibility on the part of ISOUTHAMERICA.
6. Illness or disability
Anyone suffering from illness or disability or undergoing treatment for any physical or medical condition must declare the true nature of such condition at the time of booking and make arrangements for the provision of any medication or other treatment which may be required during the tour. Failure to make such disclosure will constitute a breach of these booking conditions and result in such persons being excluded from the tour in which case all monies paid will be forfeit.
7. Travel Insurance
ISOUTHAMERICA does not include such service. Prices published at this website do not include Travel Insurance.
8. Complaints
If the Customer has a complaint about any of the tour arrangements he/she must bring it to the attention at the time so ISOUTHAMERICA may make their best efforts to rectify the situation. It is only by making ISOUTHAMERICA aware of any problems, that there will be the opportunity to put things right. Failure to complain on the spot will result in the Customer’s ability to claim a partial refund from ISOUTHAMERICA. Should the problem remain unsolved a complaint must be made in writing to ISOUTHAMERICA within 30 days after the service is provided. After that period no complains will be accepted.
9. Football Games, Sport events, Shows and Other Events
ISOUTHAMERICA cannot be held responsible for any type of cancellations, reschedules, Locations assignment / Re-locations in the stadium, event starting-ending time changes, due to any cause such as weather conditions, technical problems, security reasons, personal decisions of the event organizer, local authorities or any other reason not reliable to ISOUTHAMERICA
For cases when the cancellation of the event is done when the service is already being provided, ISOUTHAMERICA services will be considered as fully provided, therefore not leading to any type of refund, except for the admission ticket, that the customer will have to keep in order to reuse it according to the organizer policies. If the customer is willing to get transfers and tour guide services again for the rescheduled date, he will have to fully pay again for these services.
For cases when the cancellation/rescheduling of the event is done before the service is provided, if the customer cannot or does not want to attend the event at the new date, the refund policies will be according to the refund policies determined by the event organizer.
10. Our responsibility
ISOUTHAMERICA accepts responsibility for ensuring that the holiday which the Customer books with them is supplied as described in the final version of the travel program the Customer will receive upon arrival and the services reach a reasonable standard. No ISOUTHAMERICA staff or vehicles are involved on the published services. All services described on this website are provided by third party companies.
ISOUTHAMERICA acts only in the capacity of an intermediary between the customer and the company that will provide the service. While exercising every possible precaution, ISOUTHAMERICA is not responsible for injury, sickness, damage, loss, additional expenses, accidental delay, or other irregularities which may be caused either through willful or negligent acts or omissions made by the companies or individuals providing or engaged in transportation, accommodation or other services related to the accomplishment of the tour, or through natural disasters, social upheavals or other causes.
